After writing six novels, including three mystery/suspense novels in his Quint Mitchell Mystery series using the pen name Parker Francis, Vic turned his talents to helping individuals write their biographies and family histories. He’s penned biographies for two WW II veterans, including We Were Amateur Soldiers: How the Great Generation Changed the Face of America. He’s written three other personal biographies, including the recently published Music is My Ticket: The Musical Journey of Bill Prince.
Vic is a frequent speaker at libraries, book festivals, and writers’ conferences, and has served as president of the Friends of the Ponte Vedra Library, Co-Director of the Florida Heritage Book Festival, and Executive Vice President of the Florida Writers Association. He lives in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, with his wife and two impudent cats.
